Our Founder
Tia Priest
Lokah Solutions is run by Tia Priest, a strategic inclusion consultant with 15 years of people & business management experience.
Regularly working at CEO & Board level during her 10 year Civil Service career she has advised Permanent Secretaries, Departmental Boards and Ministers across operational, corporate and international roles.
Tia has worked across many professions including Communications & Marketing, HR, Project delivery, Change management, Strategy & policy, Digital, Data & Technology.
Understanding the multi faceted uses of psychological & therapeutic techniques she uniquely applies & implements innovative & sustainable solutions that have lasting impacts within the workplace & can be applied in times of change & crisis.
Tia believes prevention is better than cure but problem solving and people are her passions. She cares deeply about the Inclusion community and the resilience required to work in this important space. She is tenacious, committed & works tirelessly to ensure solutions are embedded sustainably so the outcomes, impacts & those she has upskilled & coached grow & develop naturally and in line with organisational & career ambitions set.
